Explore Whistler’s spectacular high-alpine on this Heli-Sledding Tour for all ability levels – you don’t have to be an expert rider to enjoy our Heli-Sledding adventure. 

Get ready for the ride of your life as you take off on this special adventure.
You will begin your journey by flying over the Brandywine and Callaghan Valley, with endless views of Black Tusk, Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, as well as the picturesque Sea to Sky corridor. After a 5 minute scenic flight, you will find your self lost for words as you land on the Powder Mountain Glacier Ice Cap, where your high performance, 2 Stroke Ski Doo Summit Snowmobile will be waiting for you. Our experienced, professional mountain guide will lead you on our Snowmobiles across flat, open terrain, allowing you to play around in the powder British Columbia is famous for – this is an experience you will not forget!

What to bring

Clothing appropriate for the snow – winter jacket, winter pants, winter boots, googles, gloves, warm base layers – please note that we have extra gear available at no extra cost, though we recommend wearing your own gear if possible.

Extra things – camera, water, extra clothing layers, avalanche safety gear (this can be provided at no extra cost)

Common questions

What’s included Transport to and from our base with pick up from most major hotels, a private guide, high performance snowmobiles, winter clothing (if needed), avalanche safety gear, helmet, GoPro mount (must have your own GoPro)

Where do you operate? All of our tours are operated in the Brandywine Valley, which is 15 minutes south of Whistler, a famous sledding area in British Columbia.

Our terms

Full driver’s licence required All drivers are required to be at least 19 years of age and have a full valid drivers license, with no restrictions, to be able to operate an Snowmobile.

Credit Card Imprint Required We require an open credit card imprint for any damages to the high performance snowmobile. No deposit will be taken prior to the beginning of the tour.

Release of liability required Whistler Snowmobile tours involve many risks, dangers and hazards which are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement that is required to be signed at the time of your trip. Waiver agreements can only be signed by participants of at least 19 years of age. All guests are required to read and sign before participating in any of our tours. The agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement are available from our head office and base facility.

Cancellation Policy There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all bookings both online, over the phone and in-person. Any bookings that are modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the trip departure time will be liable for the full price of the original booking. Blackcomb Snowmobile reserves the right to cancel or combine any tour due to inclement weather.
